At Mare SRL Unipersonale, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
Warranty Duration
All electrical products are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.
If you purchased a 1-year warranty extension, coverage is extended to a total of 3 years.
What the Warranty Covers
If any electrical component of the product proves defective during the coverage period, we will provide a free replacement unit.
Exclusions from Warranty
Please note that the warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Physical damage due to impact, misuse, or accidents
Wear and tear from regular, expected use
Malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or lack of care
How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@homorastore.com.
You’ll receive an automated acknowledgment. Please reply to that message with a video clearly showing the issue—such as the product failing to power on, charge, or function correctly.
If a video is not available or is inconclusive, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse for inspection.
⚠️ Important: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments under any circumstance.
Conditions for Processing Claims
Only claims that fulfill all listed requirements will be accepted and processed. We aim to resolve each case fairly and efficiently.
